head of corporate sustainability
Włodek has extensive experience both in running effective social campaigns and business analytics.
He holds a PhD in law, specialising in organisational and business management law. He co-authored a popular textbook on the history of organisational thought. He has given lectures both in Poland and abroad, and his works have been translated into several languages. For many years now, Włodek has lent his analytical skills and management expertise to NGOs. He was an advisor for Otwarte Klatki (Open Cages), is the co-founder and first coordinator of the social campaign Jasna Strona Mocy (promoting a plant-based diet), and served as Head of Policy at Anima International, one of the world’s four most effective farm animal welfare organisations in the world.
As Head of Corporate Sustainability at All Hands, Włodek advises clients on implementing business strategies which take into account the ethical, social and environmental sides of running a business. He believes that it’s possible to combine economic success and universal values, and that capitalism can – and indeed should – be conscious, and that altruism can be effective.
When not working, Włodek enjoys reading books on various social sciences, and hard science fiction. His other interests include combat sports. He loves learning new skills and helping others.
