Dobrusia

head of strategy

Dobrusia is behind one of the most successful non-governmental organisations in Poland.

In 2012, she founded Otwarte Klatki (Open Cages), which grew from a group of fifteen volunteers into an international organisation operating in more than a dozen countries, employing more than a hundred people. By 2019, after an in-depth audit, the organisation was recognized as one of the world’s four most effective organisations that advocate for the welfare of farm animals. Dobrusia has many years of experience in building organisational strategies and communication campaigns, developing mission and vision statements and creating effective organisational structures.

She has lent her knowledge to companies and NGOs affiliated with numerous social movements operating in different continents. Her writing on management has been published by top HR periodicals, and she has been invited to give talks in Poland and abroad.

Dobrusia is passionate about social change and the role business plays in it. At All Hands, as Head of Strategy, she helps clients create a strategy based around their values. After extensively researching a company, she is able to offer insights into how to bring their values to the fore and communicate them to different audiences, employees and other stakeholders.

In her free time, when she isn’t reading, playing sports, or learning foreign languages, she can be found honing her culinary skills. She has a knack for connecting with people and enjoys connecting people with each other.
